LESSONS WITH MS.Q
Ms. Q's piano teaching program is designed to teach musical skills including music reading, piano performance, music theory and musicianship.
Her students enjoy the process of learning piano through structured lessons utilizing a mix of textbooks, exercises, and games. Students are thoroughly engaged and never watch the clock to see when the lesson will end. They are often saddened when Ms. Q announces the end of a lesson. Students also obtain performance opportunities from taking regular studio classes and recitals.
This fits in perfectly with her teaching philosophy, which is to inspire a lifelong love of music; of not just music, but of knowing music springs from love, friendship and real wholesome education.
Ms.Q: “I teach students from age 4 to 71, my students always inspire me with their abilities in so many ways. Musical talent comes from one’s passion, diligence and wonderful mind. It’s never too late to start learning piano, and it’s especially exciting to hear new and unique musical prowess from each of our young musicians as well.”
All lessons are taught in a warm and comfortable studio in North Bergen, New Jersey’s waterfront region. We are located on River Road, across the famous Hudson River Waterfront Walkway.
